Never had issues with amazon (im in uk) i use them all the time and sort any problems super fast, i pre ordered 2 ultra sun and 2 ultra moon for my kids on thursday and said they would arrive saturday but they arrived on release date but either way my kids won't get them till christmas anyway.

This is why you just go into a store and buy it the day it comes out. I've never had a problem doing that.
