Are you using the original charger press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds then plug it in

Check to see if plug is connected to wall and is the switch for that plug in the on position?

Why not contact Nintendo directly?

Try the safe mode reboot (power and volume up I think).

Make sure you’re using the OG charger.

Let it sit for a while on the charger directly minus the dock.

I had this issue. I plugged it in and then held power button and powered it off not sleep mode.

I had this happen last summer. I had to send in to Ninty and lost all my data (but it was free to ship/fix). Just preparing for worst case scenario; hopefully something else here that people posted will work for you before it comes to that.

No but if it’s under warranty call nintendo they are real good about getting and fixing it and having it right back to you. I had an issue with mine I had it back in 12 days all fixed up.

I have the same issue a week ago hold the power button down for 30 seconds and it turn on
