Switch Am I the only one who thinks Super Mario Odyssey doesn’t deserve those perfect reviews?

Nah, it's great, but I feel like it doesn't go beyond just being 64 fused with 3D Land/World. Fantastic by those merits, but it doesn't feel like it ever goes beyond and tries to break through the mold

It's a very good game and one of the best 3d platformer games i've played but I prefer games with more story so while I love the game, it's only a 7 or 8 for me however I don't disagree that others will like it more and give it a 10 as they like this type of game more than I do.

I would say 9 out of 10 as well. Even though the worlds are different it is repetitive. Start a world, get purple coins, get new costumes then finish stage. Repeat
