What's the ratio? If it's mostly gaming, go i7 Intel, if it's mostly rendering go ryzen 8 core or i9, if your budget doesn't allow for Ryzen 8 core, don't bother with Ryzen , coffee lake makes Ryzen 4/6 cores not really worth it
