I would recommend the new intel
i7 8700K or i7 7700K CPU.

As for me I use a delidded i7 4790K overclocked to 4.9ghz with liquid metal compound.

It depends on what fps and resolution your looking for and if you plan on just using for gaming or other tasks as well.

r5 1600 is more than enough for most games even on 4K ultra, so if you don't need 144Hz 4K get 1600

btw I have 1600 and in 1080p in bf1 I don't see 100% just they never happen to me in most games

I had the 1700 overclocked to 3.9 which 8s the same or better than the 1600 and on rb6 siege with a mixture of medium and high settings I would dip below 120 in some spots and on pubg with mix of low and high settings I'd average 100. Switched to an 8700k and now i have 165 fps everywhere in siege and have lows in pubg of 130 with me averaging close to 140 and everything is on ultra.
