A good change, sombra was in an awful state to the point where she was viable on a handful of maps. While emp won't charge as fast, the changes allow her to be played on more maps. It's definitely strong, but I won't go as far as to say they're overpowered.

Reducing the spread of her gun is pretty cool. (always wanted it) but I feel like the hacking goes too far. Being able to disable a wallclimb the mercy floating ability or lucios sound completely is a bit much..those are tiny nerfs for the other heroes. Especially mercy doesn't deserve that xD like holy fucc leave her alone already

I played her when they fucked up the patch. If It's still the same, it's great news. I always moaned at sombra for doing little damage. Even high diam,
If you didn't use her health packs seemed like she did nothing . Now she can kill 4 200hp with one clip. Given all head shots. her damage drop off was about the same as mcree

She can hack everything in the entire game now. That’s terrifying.

Her spread is smaller than tracers, she has a larger clip, damage falloff at 15m compared to tracers 11m, her teleport cooldown is 1/3 of tracers recall, has an infinitely more useful ult and the ability to hack

Needless to say as a tracer main I'm having the time of my life playing her
