What is the current state of the ryzen cpu? Does it still have a lot of bug? I am an amature when it comes to tuning a cpu in Bios. What can i expect if I buy a ryzen cpu now can I just plug and play or i have to do some fine tuning?

It depends on the motherboard you have, but it sorted most of the bugs, just improvements every BIOS update to the platform.

Apart from the 4ghz OC wall, Ryzen is a great processor lineup. The latest BIOSes seem to have fixed the teething issues.
