Hope new drivers will fix your issue, however if not try looking into PC temps and power. You might be having a power drop

I have checked my ports and I’m plugged in direct through the graphics card, I’ll see if there is any bloatware bugging it but there shouldn’t be as there are no programs installed really

I’ll check all the drivers manually when I get home and see if any updates are required

you can try to downloading the benchmarking tool from userbenchmarks.com, it analyzes your build and compares it online with similar others, then it provides simple hints on how to tweak it to perform better. Worth a shot maybe?

What res do you have it on? If you dont have a 4k monitor make sure you have res set to 1080 I had the same issue and that solved it for me

Leave scaling to 100. If you turn it up to max setting it's basically 4k
