Need recommendations, my spare pc is having an issue where it won’t display. First I thought it was the gpu so I tried my 770 and my 1060 and nothing, I checked my cpu but looked normal and reapplied thermal paste, tried my other psu and still same results. Light on mobo is green. Any idea what it could be or what I can check on

With any gpu I try. I’m thinking it might be the mobo but I could be wrong like usually lol

You made sure that the display cable is on the gpu right? Hmmm. Can you try booting without a video card?

Maybe it's not the PC, but the display itself?

I did that too . I bought a new Z270 board going to meet a guy tomorrow to buy a cpu. This mobo is a cheap Asus one anyway so I’m not worried about it

On the second slot same story. I tried taking out the mobo battery as well and left it 3 hours and nothing

Have you tried hooking it to a monitor and not the TV?

Sometimes that helps. Screen cloning could have messed up.
