No logic in pairing the ryzen 5 1600x with a 1050ti. Try to get atleast a 1060 6gb

16gb is the min, wouldn't get anything less. If Budget is an issue, I'd look into the i3 8100 or 8350k as they are a beast for Budget gamers, save a few bucks to get more ram and or 1060 6gb gpu.
