How do you guys feel about Overwatch League not playing on the current patch?

A bit annoying but understandable for sure.

I believe Overwatch esports has always operated on 1 patch behind the current game so it's nothing now.

It's good that there's time between patch going live and it being in the esports scene. Gives teams time to find the new meta, practice and refine it. If they dealt with it as soon as it came out like we do then I believe we'd have a bunch of sloppy matches for awhile, until the new meta has been practiced.

it's because they're still in the middle of stage one, the patches will come in between stages imo

imagine changing the regulations of the Olympics mid session

It would force the players to change up their strat halfway through the tournament and it seems unfair because they dont have to chance to get used to it

Imagine you have a fight against a good enemy tomorrow..you already plan what to do..then suddenly the mercy patch come and your plan fail..didn't you feel very angry? And it takes time to adapt to the new nerf
