Hi i have a question i have two monitors set up on my pc. i play games on one and the other one is for content and watch my streaming both are same monitors 144hz 1080p my problem is what ever is open on the other monitor my main one feel like it impact in game i tried everything like plug it to the igpu or in the same gpu and keep happening this is on windows 10 my pc specks cpu 4790k oc 4.7 32 gb ram gpu is a gtx 980 ti

There will always be a little performance impact when you have a lot open. Do you have a SSD?

Yeah, you'll see a hit in performance if you have something running in the other monitor. How big of a hit depends on what you're running, and some things like chrome are deceptive and can really take performance down a few notches sometimes.
