Stable FPS > Higher FPS when it comes to gaming if I can't get a high fps I'ld rather have a stable frame count even if it isn't high, 'cause when you have a high frame rate you wouldn't notice if it is stable but if it isn't you'll see a clear difference, so if you ask me even at 30 fps as long as it's stable I'll be pleased

As high as possible. However anything over 75 average is good in most games for me. For FPS games, 100 minimum. That's while I'll stick with 1440p 144hz for a while.
