Being serious, moira. Close range healing that can miss and runs out...in solo q I don’t think she’s too bad, but I don’t expect to see serious playtime on her at a high level (pro tournaments, scrims etc)

seriously, i think its lucio, it does more as a support than a healer, if it had just a little bit more healing per second it would be worth it, but its useful only to get faster to the objective
