Play strikes what ever with other Charakter pur the rifles in the safe change Charakter and finish the quest.

I mean otherwise you can just keep dismantling exotic scouts and rebuying them from the vault xD

I dismantled the jade rabbit or w/e it worked. I tried to get it again at the vault but that's when it did not work.
