What's better to use for a gaming monitor, hdmi or display port to display port cable? I never used a display port cable that's why I'm asking anyone who knows how and what they are used for. Thanks

Depends on the
Monitor. If it has display port use it as it is better

there was a time when HDMI was way behind display port, but now if the card is new and the monitor HDMI is fine

I run 144mhz 1440p over HDMI
