It looks like a CRT, you should went for the P400 TG for 89$. Excellent for the money and you can spend that 60$ on a better card

Get if you like it. Hopefully your case budget is proportional to your specs. Spent $160 on a Corsair 780T but im also using a 1080ti so case makes sense.
