The stupid cartridges, that's the reason. It's way more expensive to create the cartridges than press the discs used on the other platforms. And word on they maintaining the same price on both the physical and digital releases has to do with the retailers support. I'm ok with the price tho.
Eh, not really. If they can use a large enough cartridge to hold a 4 disc long game, with all its DLC, I don't mind paying that extra $10. Actually, the best buy club's gonna knock it off anyway.
All that money to make the cartridges taste bad. For a six year old game, $5 or less in bargain bins; I expected a more appealing price for potential buyers, but meh. Played the game once and that was enough. Unless I can actually slap people during interrogation with the joy cons.
It's very simple and clear.
Rockstar is avoiding to make the same mistake that 2k did.
They'll put most of the game on the game card.
Still I think it's very expensive considering it's just a remaster.
