We got the switch the day it came out never had a problem..
Last night I plugged the dock in and put the Nintendo in it, the charging icon was on but after 2 hours it only drained the battery to 10%.
It wasn't plugged into the TV though but I don't think that would have anything to do with it..but directly connecting the charger to the consule let it charge perfectly fine.. what is going on with this thing?

No but but I figured it out. I was using the cord that came with my mini super nes. Apparently that doesn't work for it docked.
