If you're talking about teams in general, maybe. Especially professional teams.

Otherwise, without skilled players your team is useless.

#1 would be individual skill in my opinion. If your team is made up of skilled players, you can do well without any communication

Stick together. Nothing drives me more crazy than when we are setting up defence and 4 people run off to go get immediately killed when the game starts and leaving 2 people on the point to offset a whole ass team.
