So I tried 4k gaming today on my laptop with a GTX 1060 6 gig card. And honestly I was impressed. I gave the GPU a slight overclock of 150 mhz and averaged about 30-35 fps. But what really surprised me was temps. I had my laptop slightly elevated so the fan could suck in air. And I had an average of temps in the low 70s. Now refresh rate was shit so I immediately switched back to 1080p. Looking forward to 1440 at 144 hertz

1060's ain't bad at all, I used to have one passed it down to my bro and got me a 1070

I'll never play over 1080p. I feel its the perfect balance, just like graphics should've stopped forwarding after Crysis. That being said, I own a 1060 and its a very good card for the things I do. WoW, Cities Skylines, Tyranny, exc..
