So I need to completely wipe SSD like it was brand new. I used a External HD adapter to plug it in my laptop. I went to Computer, right clicked and format the SSD. but it doesn't look like it made it like brand new, when I connect it to PC and try to install windows, it has like 4-5 partitions.... what am i doing wrong?

Just delete the partitions while your at that screen as your installing windows, make a new partition and format and install windows to that. Windows will make a seperate partition for there back up crap but its only small
