If that's the case, then you should get the Elder Scrolls Anthology. It should cost you just as much as Skyrim is worth now. But it's only on PC, so if you don't have that then just get the special addition of Skyrim. I haven't been keeping up, but the last I heard there are mods available for consoles now.
