Question regarding skyrim:

Conjuring a 1 handed sword will increase conjuration skill that is obvious. But will using conjured weapon will increase 1h weapon skill?

Yes, also the higher that one handed skill is the better you'll be with the weapon

And if you plan on doing that a lot I'd put some points in perks for one handed

nah sorry i misread your post but you best bet is to summon attronach and slay them with a 1h sword or conjured blade

Yes, the conjured weapons have the same base damage as unsmithed daedric weapons, so they’re actually ridiculously strong initially.
