Before I realised that the nerf was live, I thought I was just lagging hardcore but when I got the hang of it, I actually quite enjoyed it. Feels a lot better player her now but also a bit frustrating at times as I still have to get used to it

Because nobody has the concept of object permanence in their head, or any strategy formation. If you take out a key player when they're just out of position, watch their corpse, there might be a mercy coming in to do some jazz hands over their body for a few seconds.
