Is lower sensitivity better for console aim?

Mine is on 69 for both but any higher i move my console stick slighter and it moves alot and i cant hit anything so its preference

I am at full sensitivity for all heroes, hard at first but your response time is quicker.

Highest sensitivity on XBox. I don't miss shots because I can't be accurate with it, I miss them because I'm impatient and/or probably shouldn't be playing at the time.

But in a 1v1, if you can't turn all the way around as fast as I can, good luck. Also good luck tracking anything moving faster than Zarya.
