Im thinking of a budget white and green build rn.. Specs are:
Msi b350 tomahawk arctic mobo
Corsair h60 cooler cz im hella oc'ing that cpu
Ryzen 3 1200
8gb 2400 mhz ram rn and im upgrading it to 16 later
Asus dual 1060 3gb
And i already got the case and the psu:
Corsair cx450m bronze psu
Inwin 303 white

Is it good and hm will that cost me without the psu and case?

That h60 isn't going to handle a 'hella' oc. I've got my 6700k @4.5 and if ambient temps aren't about freezing, temps are at/over 80.

I would also rather get one 1060 6gb or a 1070 rather than 2 1060 3gb.
