I'm running this game on an Asus GL702Vs with a 7700Hq/GTX1070/16 Gigs ram. It has a 120hz panel with G-sync.

My GPU utilization jumps constantly from 65% to 20% which causes stuttering. My CPU utilization is low. My temps are nowhere near throttling. And my FPS is all over the place. Why won't it run with better GPU usage so my FPS is more stable.

I have the exact same laptop. I'm in the process of doing a return on it as I haven't been able to sort out the issues I'm having. I'm also running into problems with G-sync, as in it doesn't work without flickering the screen black every few seconds. I had high hopes for this laptop, but I've been fairly disappointed.

I get 40fps when I'm in the tower or on Titan.

The stutter is from the start, when you do world events, the shit starts, doesn't matter if you use g sync monitor, gtx 67890, i10 the game will stutter very bad in 2-3 hours, just use full screen and v-sync ON.
