How do i fix the steam error 5:0000065434 ? I launched FNV with nvse_loader and now i can't get mod configuration or mods i had. Tried using Fallout NV launcher and now this error happens

Some times if you have your main Steam folder on C but your NV folder in a Steam folder on another drive it will mess up.
