Do i need to upgrade something i am on budget...
My pc specs:
Intel core i5 2320 3 Ghz
Msi gtx 1050 ti 4gb oc
Intel dh67cl motherboard
8 gb ddr3 normal ram
Seagate barcuda 2 Tb 7200rpm hdd
Corsair vs 550 power supply
Normal casing
Hp 1600x900 22 inch 60 hz lcd
Normal wired mouse and keyboard

Change cpu, you don't need a 2tb hdd if you're on a budget, also Seagate hdd's have a high fall rate, change monitor to something with 1920x1080 otherwise there's no point buying that graphics card

Whole system needs to be upgraded.

Instead of buying ddr3 ram get spec with ddr4 ram and change hdd brand to wd. rest you are good to go.
