Hey guys. I need some help. In the pic you can see the Local Service process running, which is causing my laptop to function at very high temperatures. I cannot kill the process or any of its services and dependents as it keeps giving me a notification that access is denied.
I have third party internet security software running, so why is Windows Defender Firewall also running?
How do I stop this? Please try and keep explanations simple.
