Isn’t the idea of cosplay to look like the character you are a cosplay? In this case, yes she’s cute, but looks nothing like D.Va. Putting lines on your face and a bunny on a belt does not make you D.Va.

All the cosplay police in this group have spoken, no matter how much work and effort you put into making an edited version of a character or a new idea for a skin (especially since this looks heavily WoW themed and blizzard world just came out) if it doesn't look EXACTLY like dva or a skin she has in the game it doesn't count and your hard work means nothing. Sorry.

In all seriousness it's nice and it's fine. It's someone's vision of what dva would look like in armor, the caption literally says that, it doesn't claim to be anything it's not and it looks like it took a lot of work so no one can even make the argument that it's low effort or she's just posing in a normal outfit/bikini. But there's still issues ofc because everyone in this group is a cosplay expert. I wouldn't pay it any mind.
