Every single game I try to open in Steam crashes. If I end the bootstrapper in task manager, it will work 1 out of 8 times.
I've reinstalled every driver I could possibly reinstall. I've reinstalled Steam, verified the integrity of every game I've tried to play and still nothing works.
When I do finally get a game to work, my framerate is cut by like 20-40%
