Can some please help me out here....

Since the update recently my Xbox has being doing this.

Just as I think I'm about to start playing it goes black then to dashboard.

I am able to play other games online such as battlefield 4 and Fortnite (a beta closed game)

So what is going on.??

I have hard reset my Xbox and router 4x and restarted my Xbox 2x and tried to connect my Xbox both with Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable.

Can someone tell another way so I can play Ark again

It’s a ark issue there’s not much you can do just keep trying

I play on a player dedicated server.
Everyone seems to be playing except for myself

Try loading single player first then join

Uninstall and reinstall it, see if it works. I had to do that with one of the earlier patches.

If you are on dedicated there is an issue when loading hits ragnarok terminals. The best way that does not work every time but is consistent. When you start loading hold middle button until it says turn off console just back out. Then tap middle button so the Xbox menu comes up. Repeat this all the way through loading process. This is the only way I can join dedis

Or try to delete the 512mb game save(in storage) then clear you MAC address in advanced network settings(this should reset Xbox) you should be able to get in. That’s what my server host told us to do if it ever does that. Hope it helps
