It's solo releases of the Overwatch Cute But Deadly Blind Box figures. The set has Alt. Skins of 4 characters that appeared standardly in a different Cute But Deadly blind box figure set.

There's Tracer (Sporty), Solider: 76 (Skull), Pharah (Jackal) and Bastion (Defence Matrix.)

The solo releases are exclusive to GameStop, otherwise the only other way of getting them is through blind boxes.
