Alright pc master race. I want to build a computer. And I need a list of parts (minus keyboard, mouse, or monitor) that will make a desktop run as good or better than the Xbox one x and it be under $600. Or I go with a dell gaming laptop for 200 more.

The pc has longevity. The chips you get are better
The upgradeability is there.

I'm more looking for simple build something I can run most games on normal setting. Not really wanting something that runs fallout or battlefield or some large game on 1080p ultra setting.

I want a pc to play some alpha level pc exclusive games. Like simulator games survival games first person shooter. I would really like to build one for vr.

Vr isnt going to work on something that will only run modern on medium unfortunately.

Thank you that's going to help alot. Kinda understand why graphic cards are so expensive. Between the gtx 1060, 1070, or 1080 the only one not outrageous in price is the 1080
