What does it take to become a legendary tuner. Asking for auction purposes. I keep seeing all if these rx7's etc listed at 20m, yet when I go to sell I can't get more than 20k.. do you need lots of people to download your tunes and paint jobs? Is it based on how many you create?

Looking for some type of explanation on how the system works

You need to get a combined total of 50,000 downloads, likes and uses for legendary :)

And you need "legendary" in order to sell cars for higher than retail?
