I agree. Many modern games have great graphics but lack that something special, magic sauce, whatever it is that made those old games great. Some of the best games out there have less than perfect graphics, like Kerbal Space Program or Elder Scrolls Online

Back in mah day we didn't have fancy graphics. We had 5 pixels and 2 colors 'n we LIKED it. Smokin' was good for ya too and we had to beat games in just one sittin' er else ya had ta start over. Also someone with the initials AAA was the best gamer anywhere. I bet he'd spit on your newfangled games.

Got em' all. They're all good, in their own way. Except 1 & 2 with messed up high / low bs controls. At least with Brotherhood on, the combat/controls were fun, and easy enough to use.
