Those two words do not play well together. That being said you can find decent used acer 1080 monitors a dime a dozen around here.

Consider your budget first. Set a limit. 24-32 inch is generally perfect for MOST people. Then find one with a native resolution your gpu will run. More Mhz More pixels Low latency (ms) I prefer Acer brand monitors personally. No real reason for that.

I am a 21:9 fan, so I would look for a deal on a 29 inch 21:9 1080p display.
