Not really sure how to ask this, but I just got doom. If I purchase a memory card later can I migrate the save data and 10 gig multiplayer install over from the internal storage or will I lose everything?

Saves are all stored on internal.
The download however will have to be redownloaded to the sd card. (As of now there isnt a move button)

Make sure you choose “archive” game, deletes game download but keeps save data. Put your SD card in and redownload and you will be fine. I did this for many games after getting an sd card.

You can’t move the save data, it’ll stay on the internal HD. That’s the only option for it ATM unfortunately.
