Just double check how the pins on the mobo or cpu are going you may or bent a pin or cpu pin

Is your OS an OEM version and locked to your old motherboard?

Make sure ahci is on in your bios for the hdd I had the same issue

I take it you fitted the new parts and just tried to boot with the old Windows still installed?

If so you need to do a completely clean install.

i know its stupid but havent read the comments for the sugestion, have you done a fresh install?

Your mobo drivers are fucked. Try a fresh install or make an ubuntu drive and launch it from USB to confirm functionality before you wipe your data.

Your hard drive still have old drivers. Reinstall windows and all drivers
