Is used parts worth buying or not bc I want a pc but don't want to pay pc prices for one I want to spend console prices like $400 or close so I was think amd cheep right ik but I want to play games at 30 to 60 fps so rx 470 I think I know how to build a pc but have no clue what parts are fine to buy used I have a 300 watt psu if that would help but probably not so I was thinking 6 to 8 gigs of ddr3 ram and a rx 470 and a intel i5 should be able to do that if I bought it all used and does a cheep motherboard as good as a pricy one
