A nightfall should have it but raids require a more well assembled team all with mics and knowing what to do, matching with random people just wouldn't work. Just go on bungie.net and find a fireteam for the stuff
So I skipped all the petty bickering comments above, wanted to throw my two cents in. I think it IS a good thing to implement. Any arguments saying otherwise are negated by the fact that you STILL can use your 3rd party headache to custom craft your own group. I mean, you don't need everyone to be miserable for you to be happy Right? Two different roads can lead to the same destination.
I think the way Blizzard implemented thingsi in WoW's LFR is good enough, there already is a "mob scaling" mechanic in D2, use it to create a dumbed down difficulty level for raid and let it matchmake so solo players could experience it. Leaving the more exclusive stuff for normal and prestige would let the bragging rights of more dedicated players in place so all should be happy.
