Because Pharah is supposed to be long range and Junkrat is mid to close.

Because Junkrat mains have no brains lol You know it sucks when you're just spamming grenades next to a wall and blow yourself up, and people saying Junkrat is meant to be close quarter make me laugh, go take a grenade launcher, aim and shoot at someone 2-3 feet away from you and let me know how it ended.... yeah you wont be there anymore to tell me.
