Go to win 7 or 8.1 I am 50 % sure you got hdd not sdd win 10 really hate hdd

the problem is either code btcac or simply win10 I wouldn't take my chances which one it is

Restore or install new windows
Or u might have installed a corrupted software uninstall asap when u restart it
