Whenever I launch a game my monitor’s screen goes black and a few seconds later my pc restarts. Anyone had this problem before/ know how to fix it?

Most likely your graphics card is over heating. Install openhardwaremonitor to watch it.

turn off vsync. i once had a similar issue and it took a gpu software update to fix.

Gpu driver crash. Could be drivers, bad gpu or bad psu

Check the Power supply. Maybe It just can't hold your videocard anymore.

Update your GPU drivers and if it doesn't work, buy a new PSU.

Could be a autodetec setting for HDMI or dvi. Looks like its cutting off just when the video switches over to the game. There's a very brief moment when you launch a game that the signal is not being fully detected. I've seen this happen on TV's before. Usually the TV just flashes briefly and displays the input and Rez info but yours is turning off. Try looking through your TV's setting to see if you can disable the TV from going off when a video signal isn't detected or increase the time it takes to turn off when a signal isn't detected.
