I use a generic switch joycon charging dock that plugs into the switch via USB and it had worked great so far!! I was a little sceptical at first bc it didn't have any reviews on Amazon so I just unplug it when I see it Is fully charged. It works great so far and was very inexpensive ($10) because I got it through a review site

I always have the joycons attached to the Switch as I don't tend to use them, Pro controller I charge with the dock when home or a USB phone charger the few times it's run dry away from home, though given how long the charge lasts, that rarely happens.
