I would suggest something used like a 4th gen i5/7 I got my 4790 for around 150 euro old but still kicks ass. Bet you can get an i5 for much less

For a tight budget, either a g4560 or an i3-6100. However, if you haven't already got a compatible mobo, I'd strongly suggest going ryzen. Aria Pc currently has a 1600 for £160
