Vega 10 (The high end) cards will be released at the end of July with 16 & 8GB HBM2, it also has HBCC which maintains the minimum frames very well.
If you are in hurry, buy whatever is available now, if you are patient enough, wait for Vega, it may upset or surprise, who knows.
