250 down 40 up. But it's included in rent However, we have a 1TB cap, so it usually hits 10 days before the end of the cycle, and I'm not sure how much extra the landlord pays. Hope he doesn't pay too much, otherwise, he should get a business plan or something uncapped. It's weird though, my brother has the same plan in Connecticut, but his isn't capped. I stay at an airbnb, so there are over 9 people sometimes in the house, and most have some type of internet connection. That's why I use the CAT6, some people have old pcs, and their pcs mess up the wifi, because their adapters are very old.
